OH NOOOOOOO! Say it isn't so!!!!! You consumed BURD? Really? Well these horrible mistakes happen in moments of severe starvation and I think because it was an extraordinary circumstance and you could have wasted away to nothing, you can be forgiven. Lesson learned: always read the ingredients even if your tummy is growling so loud you can't think straight!
