I am glad he is 20 million miles away because he looks scary. Great review and I agree it is better to stay home and watch movies. I am so cheap that I get ours from the library- actually, that way there is more money for cat treats :) Have a great weekend! XO

Good thing that monster lives sooooo far away!
Good review gang.We like dvds as we like the comfort of our home and we get mum to bring food and drinks to us.
She is not too bright either...she buys books twice on occasion.
Good thing she gets them at the thrift store. MOL!

This must be a classic! How funny that the food servizz gurl bought it twice! We're wondering if the monster is going to eat that lady. By the way, TCM is having a marathon of these kinds of movies starting tomorrow night. You could make a weekend of it!

"Twenty Million Miles to Earth" is a great movie, with great, stop-motion effects by Ray Harryhausen, an early master of special effects in movies. I first saw it on a late show. Do they still have those on regular tv? Thank goodness for networks like Turner Classic Movies, as mentioned by Annie Bear. Good review, guys.

OMC, this movie does look scary! I hope you had some snacks while you watched it. You are so right --you need a bank loan to afford the beverages and snacks at the movie house. I hope you guyz has the purrfect weekend. <3

Colehaus Cats said...

Ya know, that bass turd who reported you at the movie house was probably the same guy who was videoing the entire movie for sale on the black market. Hisses to him! And 36 paws up for your movie choice this week!

I like this movie....slimy but good. The guy that finked on ya was probably a bass-turd bird. They wear disguises to fool us and then wham! The white stuff hits the fan.

Ha, scary prices but scary good movie. Is this why Americans spent $8.4 billion on Halloween this year?
