No birds of that kind around here. You can come and spend time with us. Purrs from Patch and Archer. x

You could have come here too, since our Thanksgiving was long past, in October. Lots of Fancy Feast and Greenies, though, kept on hand for mooches. 🙃

No basturd bird here. Just green bean casserole, mashed potatoes, stuffing, cheesy Brussels sprouts, and baked beans. You can join us if the smell gets too bad at your place, dear Mack.

I am getting the feeling you don't like turkey. :) XO

Dang, Mack! That was one big azz burd! Hooray for those people being gone, but too bad they didn't take that smell with them. You should get the FSG to cook up some fish in the houzz. That will smell way better! XO

That is the precise reason that I never have the stinking bird. Being given one that was way too big when we were first married and eating it every which way for days on end.

No birdies here at home... my mom just made baked kale chips. Let's pawty!! Juno

Come on over to our house. As vegetarians we have no stinkin' leftover bird smells here!

Sounds like a horrible experience for the kittehs! We shoved our burd in a bag and put it in the freezer with good intentions of eating it eventually. We do this every year and by New Year's day realize it has freezer burn and we throw it away. Will we ever learn?

No BURDS here! We have been eating delicious ham!! We are sure happy our Peeps don't like Turkey. Keep being AWESOME! Marvelous Marv

Went to a restaurant and avoided all the turkey problems--no one ordered the turkey, and I didn't have to pay!

John Bellen said...

Fake goatee... That had me laughing. But I would take the leftover turkey off your hands, if I could...

We still have some of our bass terd turkee in our fridge. We should probably throw that out. I tell my wife every year we should go to a restaurant for Thanksgiving, but she would rather have leftovers to throw away.

Bass turd burd is long gone here. Of course, ours was not 7,884 poundz.

Oh my goshness, "bass terd turkee azz" made us laugh so hard I think dad farted, too. What a charming tale for our early morning bloggy session. You see, here, unlike you, Mack, mom and dad love it when they cook something they like and it stinks up the place for hours if not days. But I feel your pain, my furry friend. I truly do.

OUR Mummy neffur cooks turd-key. Chick-hen, sometimes - yes. But this past weekend, She grilled fish. We would have been so happy if you had been here with Us. Ah, well - next time...
Howeffur, the disruption to your routine is UNFURGIVABLE!

Lulu: "Wow that is one big bird. You must have a very strong stove and refrigerator and table!"
Charlee: "I would love to get Mama and Dada to stop opening the door and call the police on anyone who comes up the driveway. From what Dada sees on NextDoor that seems to be the thing to do these days anyway."

I thought I'd left a comment, but my mind is slipping because of the stench of that burd the rest of my family insists on eating. I hope you don't have to have another for Christmas, but get a good ham instead.
