Wordless we are left seeing all those bass terds invading Trout Towne. Take heart, mes amis--winter will be here soon and they all will be freezing their bass herd butts off!

Ink would have loved that scene. He loved birds. He would have been making the funny chattering sound. Calli and Quill love birds, too. Calli would have made the funny noises. Quill seems to be mute on that score.

Canada Geese are nasty things too...
The grackles are beginning their trek southward; they'll be gone soon enough.

Charlee: "Birds! I want to chase them!"
Lulu: "Every single one of those birds is at least three times as big as you, Charlee."
Charlee: "... Never mind."

You guys will definitely have to keep an eye on them. They are unpredictable.

What a feathery invasion! A pity Daisy is too busy catchin' a nap, or she'd tear some bass turds all the way up!

OMC! There is a bazillion of them! We have a couple of hundred that live on the marshes. They arrived one winter a few years ago and decided they didn't want to go home. There will be a few hundred more arriving in the next couple of months to join them.

Look at them all! If you don't watch out, Trout Towne will have to be re-named!

I've always heard that when our planet is no longer habitable, cockroaches will find a way to survive. I need to amend that because those blankety blank Canadian geese will also find a way to survive. They are EVERYWHERE and the problem is, people FEED them. If they had no food, they would fly on. But when they get ample food (and water), they will stay. And poop SLIME.

You poor, poor Tabbies. Time to go on the offensive.

Canada gesse, at least, go where they want, they're big and can be mean. Hope they all fly off soon.

Thank you, thank you guys for sending us cards. We are not very good bloggers lately but we always treasure our friendships with fellow bloggers.

Us pups can come over and run off those bass terds any time you need us, Tabbies!

They sure are being rude...can't they see the no burds allowed signs?

Hidey Hidey HO
All I can say is everybuddy better learn how to step high if they decided to trek on their. Thanks to the giving nature of the geeses, I had to play hopscotch on the sidewalk to my work each day.

Amarula says she will be right down to help you out with those birds as soon as she can find her passport!! Be brave!! (Thanksgiving in Canada is coming soon so if you do manage to nab a few turkeys send them to Canada!)

Wow, that must've taken you a really long time to count that high! Or, are you just kind of rounding up?
