Put that way, Easter does sound a bit odd. But as for eggs and where they come from, well, that's why we eat what's inside them, and not what they come in; nature made the original disposable, eco-friendly containers.

Ya know, our Mom agrees with you one thousand percent and that got her retelling (over and over) her story of growing up in the desert southwest where few kids wear shoes around Easter because it's already a billion degrees outside and in if you can't afford four-digit electric bills and so where do you suppose our Mom's dad used to hide eggs? In her shoe... that she never put on until like, November 29th. What a stink! But then again, to be expected from something that comes outta a butt. Don't even get her started on melted chocolate "bunnies."
